Jumia my Personal Shopping Centre

Jumia has made life easier for me. I'm not the type that goes out for shopping because I am a shy type. I order almost everything I use on Jumia. I ordered an Itel S25 ultra phone for the first time last month on Jumia and I got exactly what I ordered. I have no regret doing using Jumia for real.

Cheaper goods,pay on delivery

Jumia is my go to online shopping store because their goods are very affordable, I remembered getting my pair of glasses and shoes at a very cheaper rate at the market and I love the fact that it's payment on delivery

Best shopping app

Jumia has honestly made life easier for me. I’ve ordered clothes, electronics, even food items and most times, it’s smooth. But once, I waited two weeks for a blender that never came. Still, their refund process worked and that gave me a bit of confidence. Now I just shop carefully and read reviews before buying.

Interesting, I was able to make use of their flash sales at cheaper rate

Jumia online shopping is a very good place where I got my Oraimo power bank recently
I picked up my package at their picking centre around FUTA South Gate, Akure, last Saturday.
I ordered the power bank on July 4th, and I got it on July 12th,2025, with no unnecessary delays.
It's what I ordered versus what I got, and I love their packaging.

No delivery and status error

I've been using this app for a while, and the experience has been good. Unfortunately, it did not stay good as around a month ago I ordered a product and was not able to claim it at the pickup station until the 5 business days I was given were over. I expected a refund only to see the status of the product as delivered. I sent an email and even spoke to the online customer service, yet nothing has been done. I would really appreciate it if this issue was addressed.

My order was not delivered

I've been using this app for a while, and the experience has
been good. Unfortunately, it did not stay good as around a

Riders are something else

Honestly your riders are really cheap liars and if you dont look into this soonest, you might start paying the price later. They will send you message your order will be delivered today in the morning and then dont turn up all day. You will now be the one calling and calling with no response, next thing you will see 'we were unable to reach you' next is 'order has been cancelled'. This is without making any attempt to deliver your goods at all.
This last one really pained me to my bone marrow cos it took three weeks before i finally got contacted for an order i placed. The rider did same thing they normally do, i was begging and pleading with this guy that i will come to wherever he is and pickup if he cant come and he said he will call me. Only to see order has been cancelled later in the night when he didnt even contact me for delivery even for once. I was the one calling him from the text i got, begging him to not cancel my order as they always do, only for the werey to still go ahead and cancel even when he never tried making the delivery

I really love Jumia

Jumia has honestly made my life easier. I’ve ordered a bunch of things from them clothes, gadgets, even groceries and everything came just as expected. Delivery was fast, and the prices are usually better than what I’d get in stores.

I also like how they do regular sales and discounts I’ve saved a lot that way. So far, no issues. I’ll definitely keep shopping with them.

Reliable

Their services is always a top notch. The earpod I ordered from jumia was very good, the battery is good even till am still using it.

Good customer services and fast delivery

Kudos to the Jumia teams for there good services,and customer relation,have bn buying different items from them for years,no errors,no complain,what I order for is what I got,but the last experience with them was good, because I mistakenly order Clipper but instead of big size I order a small size but when the order arrived,I realize it's not what I want,it was two different items,I returned it back to there pick up station at oda road,AKURE,the items was received back from me peacefully without any complain and within 24hours my money was refunds back to my Opay account without any charges or deduction
