Since I downloaded the appl haven't enjoyed ita bit. I want to use the wishlist option or even other options and features, but this keeps loading perpetually, and this is so frustrating because I can spend the whole day trying to log in or sign up. I
don't know if it's a device compatibility issue because my friend mentioned that. Please look into this problem. Thank you.

Quite effective in the placement of order. There's more work to be done with regard to the verification of the quality of the products on display. Unfortunately, most of the items shopped on your platform, did not exceed 18 months of usage aside from a wristwatch I ordered in 2019 which I recently put away. This is very concerning. Your prices are fair, compared
to what obtains on other platforms, but there's need to
prioritize quality in your marketing efforts/strategy.
Jumia is actually one of the best online shopping app, I remember helping my mom to order a certain stuff and it was exactly what we order we saw just that the location where they put it isn't matchable, it was kind of far to my exact place I wrote down
I have been using Jumia to orders stuffs for year now but my experience with them lately was not a pleasant one. I ordered for a duravolt 5in1 solar and it was delivered to the pick up location I picked. On getting to the pick up location,I checked I items and everything was intact but when it was time for me to make payment the attendant there told me there was no network to generate account number for me. I asked her if I could send it to her and she will help me make the payment when the network is fully restored and working well, she said not that it is not allowed. I waited more than 1 hour to no avail. Thank God that her boss showed up and he said I should send it to his account. They should work on their payment method at pick up station.
I've always loved jumia services in terms of their fast delivery and discounts. The only issue I'm having with them is when I recently bought an air fryer and not all the parts/accessories was included.
This was quite disappointing though especially from a renowned vendor as Jumia.
But, overall, I'm kinda pleased with their services.

They usually have good deals and discounts, which helps a lot. Sometimes delivery takes longer than expected, and I’ve had one or two issues with items not matching the description, but their return process was okay. Overall, it’s a convenient way to shop, and I still use it regularly.
