I've been using this app for a while, and the experience has been good. Unfortunately, it did not stay good as around a month ago I ordered a product and was not able to claim it at the pickup station until the 5 business days I was given were over. I expected a refund only to see the status of the product as delivered. I sent an email and even spoke to the online customer service, yet nothing has been done. I would really appreciate it if this issue was addressed.
