Jumia is my reliable online shopping store for home appliances and utensils. I've only experienced low quality in one of my orders last month. I wanted to ask for refund for the pot I bought but thought of managing it as it's not totally bad.
I enjoy cheap purchase and smooth delivery everytime.
Jumia has been a convenient option for online shopping, especially when I don’t feel like going to the market or store. They have a wide range of products from electronics to groceries and the prices are usually fair. I’ve had some really smooth experiences where my orders arrived on time and exactly as described.
That said, not every order has been perfect. I’ve received a few items that didn’t match the pictures or had some quality issues. Thankfully, their return and refund process has worked for me, though it can take a bit of time. Delivery times also vary—sometimes it’s fast, other times you’ll need a little patience.
Jumia is a decent platform for online shopping in Nigeria. It’s not flawless, but if you take the time to read product reviews and choose trusted sellers, it makes life a lot easier.
I’ve patronized Jumia three times, purchasing a phone, a gas cooker, and a colorful USB humidifier. And each experience has been smooth and satisfying. This is my 12th time buying something on jumia and I dont regret it, jumia is fast to deliver and the prices are very affordable you dont need to break the bank before buying anything on jumia and also the fact that you can choose which to buy and can still get a home delivery, I'm not seeing myself leaving jumia for anything
I love the fact that I can get anything on Jumia but 2 months ago,I ordered 2 different things(a bag and a set of baking tools)at the same time, the bag got delivered on time while the baking tools didn't arrive till after a month of ordering it though it came in good shape,I got what I ordered but it was just delayed but that won't stop me from using Jumia
I’ve used Jumia several times and honestly, it’s convenient. I love that I can compare prices and read reviews before buying. Most of my orders arrived on time and in good condition. But there were a few times the delivery took longer than expected, or I had to chase down customer support to fix an issue. Still, I keep using it because it saves me time and stress. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job done for everyday shopping
This app used to be my best app for ordering, but this days there service have becoming poor and boring to me, if u place an order it will take days to be delivered after failing to deliver at the appointed day and some of there dispatch riders misbehaviors sometimes they intentionally fail to deliver orders after saying they don't know the location. One of the dispatch riders stressed my life today after calling me to meet him in one bus stop close to my area getting there he refused to pick my calls I searched for him all around the bus stop I couldn't see him when I returned back home he call me again asking me where I am I said I have returned home he said I should come back I got back at that bus stop and call his number he didn't pick his calls again which made me get angry with him the last time he called me he said I should go he will call me when he get to my area finally he drives away with my package without delivering it or me or call me, if not that I have payed for that package already I would have forgotten about it and order else where, I was totally upset today with the service of this jumia, I have been a regular customer but am out, I rather order from konga next time
