Review of Jumia
Jumia is my reliable online shopping store for home appliances and utensils. I've only experienced low quality in one of my orders last month. I wanted to ask for refund for the pot I bought but thought of managing it as it's not totally bad.
I enjoy cheap purchase and smooth delivery everytime.
Review of Opay
Opay app is good for transactions and they also give me free airtime voucher. Sometimes I do buy #100 airtime for just #1.
My Owealth breathe interest every day. The only thing I don't like about them is the time it takes to resolve issues.
In June I had a failed transaction and wanted a refund, it took them about 3 days to refund me.
Review of MTN Nigeria
I use mtn for most of my internet deals because of the strong network connection and wide coverage. I stream seamlessly with it but their data pricing is not helping me. The data consumption rate is also very fast. High price, fast consumption which is sucking money.
This is the second time I'm subscribing in this month...it doesn't make sense.
I'm still using mtn because I have no option for strong network yet.
Review of United Bank for Africa
UBA was my first bank in 2022. I was just using the bank because I had no option. They stress me over everything I do. I didn't want to use ATM card to avoid spending money, but to withdraw with teller then, they will refuse and I will start begging. Sometimes they will say my signature didn't match my account. I was forced to get an ATM card and they turn my student zero account to a minimum fee account.
Their customer support in Igaraa branch no nice, they are just angry every time I want to ask a question.
I stopped banking with them last year when I had the opportunity. I hope they've changed.
