I’ve been using Jumia for a while now and honestly, it’s been a pretty good experience. The app is easy to use, and I like how I can find almost anything I need from electronics to groceries. They usually have good deals and discounts, which helps a lot. Sometimes delivery takes longer than expected, and I’ve had one or two issues with items not matching the description, but their return process was okay. Overall, it’s a convenient way to shop, and I still use it regularly.
