Union bank always slow in responding to issues, I have been Trying to reach them but no reply since 4 days now..they keep telling me to wait..

They should update the app with more features

I have been using Union Bank for a few months, and it’s been alright. Setting up my account online was easy, which was nice since I didn’t need to go to a branch. The mobile app is simple for checking my balance and sending money. But sometimes the app gets slow or the network cuts out, which worry me when I’m in a hurry. Customer service helps when I call, but it takes a while to get through. Also, the fees can pile up if you’re not careful. It’s a good bank, but they should make the app more reliable and speed up support.

Union Bank ,Old Name, New Style

When I first opened my Union Bank account, I honestly didn’t expect much. I saw them as one of those “old-generation” banks just holding on. But after using them for over a year now, I can say they’ve really improved. Another thing I noticed is how friendly their branch staff are. The few times I’ve gone in for issues like BVN update or card renewal, I was treated politely, and things were handled faster than I expected.
