They should update the app with more features

I have been using Union Bank for a few months, and it’s been alright. Setting up my account online was easy, which was nice since I didn’t need to go to a branch. The mobile app is simple for checking my balance and sending money. But sometimes the app gets slow or the network cuts out, which worry me when I’m in a hurry. Customer service helps when I call, but it takes a while to get through. Also, the fees can pile up if you’re not careful. It’s a good bank, but they should make the app more reliable and speed up support.
