Polaris bank what is this, how can a bank be out of atm cards for months, my dad’s atm card expired last year December do you guys know that it took us (me and my I’ll dad) two whole months to get a new card. Leaving us starving. Polaris bank at main plaza, Uyo Akwa Ibom State
Polaris bank is still the only traditional bank I have that is still active. Every other of my traditional banks have entered dormant. I went to Mowe market on Monday to get some stuffs. After asking the seller to help me arrange all the things I got from her and it was time for payment. I was able to log in successful, input the recepient account number and showed the receiver's details but the pay button did not react even after trying it many times. I felt so embarrassed. They should have at least informed me that their network would malfunction between so so hour to so so hour ooo.
I’m not a fan of the new mobile app update. The previous version felt more user-friendly and easier to navigate. This new design seems cluttered and less intuitive. I wish they had kept the older layout or at least offered an option to switch back. The change feels unnecessary.
I have been using Polaris for the past six years now and I think they are trying but they need to do better with their network issue.
They recently upgrade vulte app and I must say I am impress with the new look but they need to work more on the balance area, after withdrawing from your account it will still be showing the previous balance which is confusing.
I’ve been banking with Polaris Bank since back when they were still Sky Bank, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. Their network is usually reliable, and the customer service has always been friendly and helpful. My only complaint is their USSD code—it could be more stable without always relying on the app.
Polaris bank, known as skye bank before, was bank as a child, my Dad opened an account for all of us and per term skye bank will give us gift, it was such a nice experience then, when we grew we withdrew our money and now it's the bank I'm using now, I've not had any issues with Polaris bank I love the bank sooooo much, I remember when my money was deducted I made a complaint and it was reversed people call old people bank but even if it is old it is safe
