Opay being one of the famous digital bank in Nigeria has gained so much ground. But I don't understand why they mostly give out verve cards instead of master cards. I have a verve card and I have been trying since yesterday to subscribe my showmax so that I will be able to watch Big brother Naija but it did not go through.
Opay has been my go to online digital banking and it is the bank I use for my business. It is a good bank no doubt but I don't know what happened since last month, I have not been getting alert like I used to. At times I might even get the alert of transaction I make today in a day or two days after. Do I have to always log in to my app but I will know I'm credited? Opay Management needs to work on that please.
Honestly, I love using the Opay app. It’s super fast, easy to navigate, and makes sending money or paying bills stress-free. I like that transactions go through almost instantly, and I’ve had little to no issues using it. Definitely one of my favorite banking apps right now.
Opay is the best mobile banking network I have ever used so far. I create account for customers so easily and fast and it is network friendly. I hardly get any network issues while I use my Opay app. Transfers with my Opay are always fast and I always tell my customers in clear words "I used opay to make the transfer so it will come, it showed successful so it can't reverse to me".
Opay has been a very reliable banking app have used so far,it saves me from the stress of debit without credit,the fact that they give heads up about network issue of banks and other services is topnotch..I remember last week thursday I wanted to make transaction to a bank during the process of transferring it notify me about the other bank network and saves me from the headache of me sending and the receiver not being credited.I enjoy their services and the app work perfectly anytime I login to the app.
I have been using opay for 2 years now and I can bodly say opay it has helped a lot of time.
There was a time I spoke with their customer service cos I transferred money to someone and the person said she didn't receive the money and immediately I reached out to customer service,I was so happy because they responded to me immediately and my money was refunded and I resent to that person.
They have responding customer service,best in transaction network and easy to set up app.
