Always showing failed and also unable to add my bank card

Each time I want to make an airtime top up most especially When I want to make use of a coupon it always tells me transaction failed, also I have not been able to successfully add any of the back cards I use on the app neither have I been able to successfully make transactions with the bank card I use

I didn't get my refund

I love Palmpay their transaction is always smooth and fast but I have two issues one I noticed I don't receive notification anymore since I updated the app always have issue with subscribing star time Pay TV sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view it happens today and I didn't get refund and my TV didn't show as well

Good app, sweet loans 😂

The app is okay but sometimes if I make payment, it would be pending, sometimes for some days. I don't know if it's from palmpay or the receiving bank, aside that, the app is okay and user friendly, easy to take loans too.
