Zenith Bank is great, but their ATM service is disappointing. The machines often have no cash, especially the one inside AAUA and the one along Akure Road. It’s frustrating for customers who rely on easy access to their money.
My usage of Zenith bank is not bad. They are closer to my home so I easily bank with them.
Their app works well for me except when the weather is cloudy. Also, their customer support has helped with upgrade my account last month and it was a nice experience with them. The whole process was also fast.
My only complain is that they don't always have cash in their ATM.
Lately, it feels like every time I receive money in my Zenith Bank account, a part of it just disappears—no clear explanation. It’s frustrating and honestly stressful. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service several times, but nothing seems to change. I’m really starting to lose trust in them.
On a general note, zenith is okay but they need to work on their network strength, it's a big bank and has many customers, they should make provisions for such. I remember the day I went out to eat and upon paying for the meal, I couldn't, the network just froze, so zenith has once humiliated me.
I worked into zenith in lafia the where the security body control the crowd is bad making customers to leave very angry and after that I successfully enter the waiting room just find out that the is only two customer service the taking care of business it's bad
Zenith and network issue ehn they are like close friend.......there was a day I went to restaurant to have lunch then after eating I wanted to make a transfer to pay for my bill that was when zenith start their network issue.....I have to make a call to my friend to pay for me......very embarrassing like seriously
Zenith Bank general... I mean all your branch, abeg try and be putting enough money in your ATM machine.. the one in akungba I don't even think they use to put or load money inside it, i don't know maybe is just for decoration..
Update: The eaZy mobile app by zenith is not as efficient and reliable as I thought. In less than a month of use, I have had two failed transactions and one of the failed transactions, later registered as successful about ten minutes later. after I already used another alternative method to pay for the same service that it initially showed me as failed. This makes it not reliable compared to other FinTechs. I am only lucky that the receiver reached out to me and refunded without stressing me out.
