My usage of Zenith bank is not bad. They are closer to my home so I easily bank with them.
Their app works well for me except when the weather is cloudy. Also, their customer support has helped with upgrade my account last month and it was a nice experience with them. The whole process was also fast.
My only complain is that they don't always have cash in their ATM.
