Polaris bank USSDT code isn't working for me at allllllll always showing SERVICE TIMEOUT!! I almost got embarrassed in the market because I couldn't make transfer

Network glitch and unreasonable deduction in my account

Have bn using Polaris bank more than 15years,even when they where still Skye bank,but recently am frustrated with unexplained network glitch, I was debited more than 3times dus year why using POS,when I was trying to send money to my customer,at a point I was frustrated and started using my wife other bank for transaction,their unexplained deductions from my account is uncalled for,have tried in so many ways to reach out to their customers care but everything prove abortive,what I kept on hearing is they w rectify it,I which Polaris bank can do better with dere network issues and stop unreasonable deduction from people's account.

Polaris Bank ATM at UI Gate need improvement

I tried using the Polaris ATM near UI Gate, and it debited me without bringing out cash. I was already stressed. I went to the branch and explained. The lady at the counter told me it would reverse in 24 hours, and luckily it did the next day. At least they didn’t make me fill any long form.

Vulte new Upgrade is Frustrating.

I have been a fan of Polaris bank since 2014 when it was still known and regarded as Sky bank. That is to to say I have been using Polaris bank more than a decade. I was a little bit in love with Vulte when it was newly released even though I have some constructive comments then. Abeg , I don't know who advised polaris bank management to upgrade vulte oooo.
This their latest upgrade is so frustrating. I will log in to my app and I would see balance of money I had sent before as my balance until I refresh as many times as possible before I will see my correct balance. They really need to work on Vulte and make it user friendly.

My bank of over a decade and still counting

I have been using Polaris bank over a decades now,
I opened a zero account when I was about going to 100l that year so I can get money from home easily.
Polaris bank since then have been serving me well, I downloaded their vulte app and it's working well.
I remembered like last year when I went inside the bank for change of name with all necessary informations ,it was seamless and in few days my new name appeared.
But I noticed recently that on my vulte app,transfers is always slow or name of the receiver doesn't appear until I retry ,I would agree with them that it's network glitch.
So Polaris bank for me is doing well I love their colour ,designs of alert notification and all.

Unexplained deduction

I'm frustrated with Polaris Bank due to unexplained, frequent deductions from my account. This issue led me to close my account and switch to a more reliable bank. Transparency and accountability are essential in banking.
