I have been using Polaris bank over a decades now,
I opened a zero account when I was about going to 100l that year so I can get money from home easily.
Polaris bank since then have been serving me well, I downloaded their vulte app and it's working well.
I remembered like last year when I went inside the bank for change of name with all necessary informations ,it was seamless and in few days my new name appeared.
But I noticed recently that on my vulte app,transfers is always slow or name of the receiver doesn't appear until I retry ,I would agree with them that it's network glitch.
So Polaris bank for me is doing well I love their colour ,designs of alert notification and all.
