Network outage

"MTN's network is kind of good, but there's a problem with their network. Sometimes, the network goes off for about 30 seconds to a minute. For those of us playing DLS,e-football and COD Mobile, this becomes a big problem. Within that 30 seconds to a minute, someone using another network could have scored a goal against us, or our connection might just go lost and we forfeit the game. They need to put in more work on that."

MTN gave 500MB, but the network is too weak.

MTN surprised me with 500MB for chatting and downloading today, but the network isn't strong enough to enjoy it fully.

Good tarrif rate and Excellent network service

Have bn using my MTN network for 10years,since university days in Futa,have never bn dissapointed,when other network is having issues,MTN w always perform wonders,their data services is super excellent,the airtime tarrif rate and data deduction is good,I have other network sim,but it can't be compare to MTN service.

My experience with MTN

My experience with MTN network was on 25/05/2025
I want to retrieve my blocked sim card, so on getting to MTN office they said the number is still much going through but with another person
When the attendant checked the profile it was half my name that is there and it is not my profile picture
It pains me because I couldn't check my Jamb score

30GB for ₦10,000? Too much—MTN, reduce your price!

MTN should really reduce their data prices—30GB for ₦10,000 is just too much. Things are hard, and money isn’t easy to come by these days. Please consider us.
