MTN my best network so far!

Despite the fact that Mtn is really troubling people and me with their high prices
Data subscription is expensive and other mtn services are now more than before

I still have MTN as my best network I dont know how
Its fast and then no really stress apart from how that you have to have extra money to subscribe
Cos the prices went up
Its still the best network for me

Some observations

It's been a very good experience so far. The network is very good and Internet speed is far above average. I feel they need to work more on network coverage though, they are some places that the network doesn't reach

Borrowing service

MTN is the best in helping at the very least point when you need to make urgent calls ....they are always just there to borrow you credit to make those calls without asking you to repay existing credit balance

data is too high

Mtn data is too high and not all the time theor network go and their intrest on card and data borrowing is too much

Good network

Their good and great but their data rate are too high and they consume a lot of data, and they are good at borrowing me card and data and I see that whenever I recharge after deducting it they will still borrow me I love them for that

MTN is Topnotch

I have been a loyal customer of MTN since I don't know since when...
MTN is very very good,they used to give bonuses on different tariffs and mouth watering offers until lately that everything changed..
However,we won't ditch MTN ,we were using when there was bonuses and will still use when bonuses and offer are being lifted.

I like MTN network.
Although,there are times MTN gives issues but not often

Their network are good

MTN app

About the MTN app, there is delay on sending OTP just to log in. Most times it never comes.
Fix that and let me access my data.

Depletion of data within a few days

MTN data plans have been a letdown for me. Despite paying for a supposedly 'unlimited' plan, I've consistently experienced data depletion within a few days.

MTN great service

MTN is my number one even though their data is getting more expensive by the day.

I borrow airtime with it and it solves emergency most times. Their free data also helps but it doesn't last long.

My experience with their customer support has always been seamless. Last month, my MTN Mifi double data package expired, i called and got a detailed explanation and the customer support guy even advice me to take higher plan that can save me more data.

MTN is great, pls just reduce data price.
