Pending transfer since morning, monie point should be upgraded.... I've never had this issue with my palmpay account

Moniepoint's Management Disappointed me

I don't think I can forget what money point did to me. I collected money point POS in 2023 and I used it for a while. People would always beg you to use moniepoint POS for withdrawal for them because of the fear of failed transaction. Moniepoint's network used to be very strong and fast. I used the POS and after like 8 months, I changed location so I was not doing POS as at that time. My account manager disturbed my life no be small that I should return the POS machine. Fast forward to 2025, they begged me to return their machine and collect my money which I did but they did not keep to their promise. They never return my money. Why would they do that to me. It really hurts me.

Upgrade moneypoint

Moniepoint need to be upgrade just like opay and palm pay, because I'm trying to open the app seen morning, no response from the app..

Unable to upgrade

I have been using the app for a few days now. Login is excellent, transfer is very fast and good, but I have an issue. I submitted all required document for upgrade, they were approved and verified, but I am still stuck in level 2 with my name as the account number and not my business name. Please work on this. I want to use my business name as the account name and it can only happen in level 4.

Confused by Multiple Accounts on Signup

MoniePoint has a growing presence and seems promising in terms of digital financial services. However, one thing I find confusing is why they assign multiple account numbers when you open just one account. It creates unnecessary complications and makes it harder to know which account to use for transactions.

I once sent money to someone, and when it didn’t reflect, I asked for their statement of account, only to discover multiple account numbers linked to the same name. This kind of inconsistency can easily lead to failed or delayed transactions. I believe the process should be simplified to avoid confusion, especially for new users.
