Ecobank POS isn't good for business

I once worked as an Ecobank POS agent and my experience wasn't friendly due to delays in their transactions and high charges. I'll make deposits for customer but Ecobank will not credit them until several hours sometimes days, and most times the have bad network which really affected my business. I had to charge to moniepoint because my customers were complaining and I'm now enjoying my moniepoint POS

App bug issue

I downloaded the Ecobank mobile app and I logged in but I couldn't see my balance. It showed "balance unavailable" and told me to refresh so that I can see the balance but the refresh button didn't work. Please find a way to fix this issue.

My experience was great. I love it in Ecobank

Ecobank was my first bank. I love the recent update on their mobile app both Ecobank Mobile App and Ecobank Business App. I did a seamless transactions few days ago and the app is easy to use.

Money deduction

Ecobank deducted money from my account without any clear explanation. This is very disappointing and frustrating. I expect transparency and accountability from a financial institution.
