GOTV is actually a good cable,it works well and fine, it's as good as a DSTV cable, nonetheless it's monthly payment was increased.
It has number of channels that works very well, however,the cable doesn't work well especially when there is a cloudy weather.
Thumbs up for Gotv Max! I have been using this service since 2021, and i enjoy the local vibes. I have heard many complains about subscription failure without falling into it until June this year. I renewed my #5,700 subscription through the MyGOtv app, then decoder didn't connect again. Even after resetting many times from the app.
I was hoping to get it resolved online only to find myself in their office after getting frustrated.
I tweeted at @GOtvNg and got a reply two hours later. They asked for my IUC no. full name, and payment reference and said they've sent an activation signal but it still didn't work.
I had to visit their Gotv center before it was resolved (what I hate doing most).
Abeg work on your app service and online support.
Having used Gotv for 7years now,i love it, they have affordable subscription plans and they have clear signals.
Although when its raining,their signals is always unstable but after rain stops,it is back to normal.
Gotv loves repeating movies on Yoruba movie channel,so it will be nice if they can improve on that.
I have stopped using Gotv because of increased in subscription prices. If they can help reduce their prices, this will help get more subscribers. Moreover, I still don’t get news channels, most of the channels are not even worth watching.
They should work on it

As a regular viewer, I can honestly say that GOtv has been a great experience for me and my family. The channel selection is wide and caters to everyone — from news and sports to movies, kids’ shows, and African entertainment. I especially love how they include local content alongside international options.
