I just paid for my got reconnection payment via GOtv app and I got debited at first and there was still El6 error on my decoder and then I tried paying again thinking it didn't go through at first and I was debited again and still no connection and no refund for my money that was debited even twice.
Please I need a refund for the over-debited transaction while trying to pay for my reconnection payment!!!
Over the years GOtv has been really one of the best cable subscription,in terms of monthly plan and the channels views,I don't missed monthly subscription,but recently they really disappointed. I subscribe for monthly sub,and it was successful,but when I power my decoder with the television it was showing E-16,I called there customers care more than 6times that day,but different customer service picked with different ideas giving me to rectify it,but all prove abortive,but the last guy that picked it said my decoder have enter a code without pressing anything on it,how on earth w a decoder enter a code,he said the only solution is to go to there center and do swap,I went there in man in charge said dere is nothing they can do about it unless I bought another one,it was so frustrating. Have bought GOTV decoder twice not more than 3 To 4years,They keep increasing the price without a reason,honestly gotv Nigeria is not worth the stress they are putting me through.
GOtv has been really disappointing lately. The signal disappears anytime it rains or the weather changes slightly. Even after subscription, channels don’t return immediately I have to keep resetting the decoder. Content is always repeated, and customer care is hard to reach when you need help. They also keep increasing the price without improving service. It’s honestly not worth the stress most times.
GOtv has been a reliable and affordable option for my entertainment. The channels are clear, and there’s always something to watch. I love the easy mobile subscription renewal—very convenient. Overall, great value for money with no major issues.
Go tv cable network is the favourite of my family. We got this cable network few years ago in Akure where my dad had is business. You know my Dad loves sports and he can't afford to miss Premier league and UEFA champions league season. when we realized that the price of our dstv bouquet has skyrocketed. My dad needed to buy Go tv, beacuse of the affordability
Ever since we got GO tv , we have no reason to complain about paying exorbitant bill for subscription like dstv. The Network and signal is stable. Clear picture quality. I so much appreciate the fact that GOtv subscription fee are pocket friendly and you can always load your subscription your self from the comfort of your home without stressing to get third party to do it for you. Not only that , i also appreciate the fact that Go tv gives a well understood DIY manual on how to mount your Antenna and install the cable network. This save us the few thousands cost for installation that we spent while installing dstv.
Most importantly, i appreciate there warm reminder messages and calm calls.
I can say they have a good customer relationship services and the set up of the cable network is so simple , that even a young inexperienced man can easy install it .
Gotv has always been a highly regarded satellite TV decoder.
However, my main issue is that whenever the decoder is
rebooted, it defaults to Channel 1 (Go Channel) instead of
resuming on the last watched channel like most other
decoders do. This lack of memory for the last viewed channel
can be quite frustrating.
I've been impressed with GOtv's customer support, particularly the MyGOtv app, which allows me to manage my account, check my balance, and resolve issues quickly.
The Enhanced Decoder Notification function is also a nice touch. The fact that it keeps me informed about my viewing days left, special offers, and new content is what I love most.
I stay in Ijoka, Akure, and one Saturday, my GOtv suddenly stopped showing just before a match. I reached out to their customer care via WhatsApp, and they helped me reset it in less than 10 minutes. I honestly didn’t expect it to be that fast. The match came on just in time.
