Calls disturbance when you are not owing them

I have opay app in my phone,which was downloaded with the help of my sister,I hardly used it,but recently the rate at which they called to disturb you in collecting a loan is something else,am not owing nor interested in loans,I think they need to center their calls on dere past borrowers,calling me when am busy and reminding of a loan discount is out of it,they need to do better by focusing on their past borrowers and those who have 1 time interested in it

Review of Benin Electricity Distribution

Poor maintenance and high cost of monthly bills

Benin electricity distribution,has really failed me and my community,when I first packed into my house, I am the one that bought a pole to generating light to my building,after some months they came with bills for payment,I accepted because there is a rules that guide it up,I was giving the actual amountof #5000 to be paid every month in which I never failed in paying it,but recently they started bringing bills of #15,000 monthly,with low current,hardly w have light up to 10 to 15 days in a month, when w asked them why this huge amount,w were given unreasonable excuses that some cable where burnt and they need to repair it,up till now,they didn't show up to repaired the cable,all the house owners in the community contributed money to buy the cable and sort it out them,and they came back and started forcing people to pay #15,000 every month or else they w disconnect all the community light

Review of MTN Nigeria

High cost of data and Airtime tarrif deduction

Have been using MTN Nigeria for the past 20years,but recently MTN tariff has bn on high side,both data and Airtime,I loaded a airtime of #200 I called only one person with 1 minute 30seconds and I I send a text to only 1 person also,when I was about to called another person,MTN voice over was telling me 1 minute remaining,how did w arrive at buying 200airtime without using it to call up to 4 minutes,same thing happened to my data plan,I hardly use data plan of 1gb just for a day,just only on WhatsApp and at time check my Facebook before you know all the data is bn exusted,like seriously MTN Nigeria need to do something about there tarrif and reduce the price of data in the country

Review of United Bank for Africa

Network issues and poor customer service

United Bank of Africa,Alagbaka branch Akure,need to improve in there customer service and there network,I used a pos machine to withdraw money,I was debited twice,and the pos representative was not credited,so the woman said I should allowed her to called there customer service,in which she was told that it w be rectified in two working days,I waited for three working days my money was not reverse back,I visited the bank to lodge the complain myself,I explained everything to my account officer,he said w should give them another 7working days because they are having network issues,after 8working days I didn't see any credit alert nor reverse back my money,I have to went back to the bank to know what is actually going on,why my money is not bn reverse back,I was told by the customer service that I cant see my account officer for now, because he has bn transferred to another branch,when I started shouting,that was when the branch manager came out and address the issues,and begged me that before 24hours they w reverse it back,in which they did.
