United Bank of Africa,Alagbaka branch Akure,need to improve in there customer service and there network,I used a pos machine to withdraw money,I was debited twice,and the pos representative was not credited,so the woman said I should allowed her to called there customer service,in which she was told that it w be rectified in two working days,I waited for three working days my money was not reverse back,I visited the bank to lodge the complain myself,I explained everything to my account officer,he said w should give them another 7working days because they are having network issues,after 8working days I didn't see any credit alert nor reverse back my money,I have to went back to the bank to know what is actually going on,why my money is not bn reverse back,I was told by the customer service that I cant see my account officer for now, because he has bn transferred to another branch,when I started shouting,that was when the branch manager came out and address the issues,and begged me that before 24hours they w reverse it back,in which they did.
