Please Lapo here me out, first of all on the 23rd of last month I used my Moniepoint account to send 4k into the new Lapo account I created, the transaction went smoothly on the side of Moniepoint but my Lapo account never got credited. I reported the issue to both the Moniepoint and Lapo customer care, Moniepoint reached out to me and showed me that it wasn't their fault and I should contact Lapo meanwhile Lapo's supposed customer service is still inactive on WhatsApp.
