Last weekend in Ijoka, Akure, I bought Glo data twice but the network was too poor to browse. Even WhatsApp messages were not delivering. I had to wait till I left the area before anything worked. I hope they improve coverage around here soon.
Data is life they say, GLO came as a life saver.
Despite the increase in all network providers, their subscription is still affordable just that it could take a while for a single page to load.
They should work more on that because it is annoying when I can not browse successfully. That is my only challenge using the network
Glo network is terrible at pakuro in Interior mowe Ogun state no matter how you switch on and off your airplane mode it doesn't change. However in Lagos state ikorodu, igbogbo along oreyo to be precise the network is top notch I feel bad when I experience things like this because my main SIM is glo
I’ve been using Glo for years, but in Oke-Ijebu, Akure, browsing is a serious struggle. Calls go through fine, but when it comes to data, it’s super slow. Even WhatsApp messages delay. I like their prices, but here, it’s not usable for internet stuff.
Glo network is slow in Ogbe here, but it's fast in Ondo town. I appreciate their service for the low data price amidst other network. I can still sub 1k sometimes and not be afraid of running out of data when using social media. I subscribed 5k in my glo MiFi monthly and I always have rollover in the next month. My last month subscription date expire and I sub on the 18th, I've only used 70% and they rollover the rest with the new subscription. I enjoy using glo more when I'm not in the rural area.
I wish to bring to your attention a recurring issue I've been experiencing with my monthly data subscription. I recently purchased the #1,500 monthly data plan, which is supposed to offer 5GB (including 3GB of night data). To my surprise, I only received 2GB along with the 3GB night data. This is not an isolated incident, as it has happened several times before. As a student who relies heavily on data for online studies and academic engagement, this situation has been quite challenging.
I can't buy data through the app. It just shows loading until it
says it encountered an error, this problem is far too common. I
can count the amount of time this app actually works which is
very few. Please work on the app it's not the same for other
networks,it's very annoying.
I use Glo as a backup line here in Oda Road, Akure, but it’s been frustrating. Even with full bars, nothing loads, not WhatsApp, not Chrome. I’ve tried different phones, same result. I really like their data plans, but in this area, it’s just not working for me.
