The have the worst network among the major network providers. What made me continue using glo was cause their data bundles was higher than others and when I recharge they give me data bonus but that's all in the past, they have removed all these benefits and still have their shitty network issues.
I stay at Oba Adesida, Akure and I discovered that anything around 10 am to 12pm, their network is always bad for browsing, you can hardly access even their app, to see how bad their network is.
But every other time, I get to use the network very well plus the fact that they have affordable data rate.
Service does not work for some locations.i can buy data today and it would work the next day it is slow then only good thing about there network service is the bonus earn and most times it doesn't matter cause it can't be used because of slow service
Had a major issue with GLO's recharge system on July 30, 2023 when I was still an undergraduate, I used my last money to recharge to my GLO line as I needed to do a very important assignment. I was debited from my bank but my line wasn't credited. Called customer care, the customer care response very well and was very swift with their reply. They sorted it out within 24 hours. Kudos to the rep for following up and resolving the issue.
