Glo and bad network, then juicy bundles

I have 3 network Sims and glo is the 3rd among them, they have bad internet connection, they just use juicy data bundles to attract people especially the 75gig they give new users of their glo app. Nice move by them

Bad network, no data bonuses

The have the worst network among the major network providers. What made me continue using glo was cause their data bundles was higher than others and when I recharge they give me data bonus but that's all in the past, they have removed all these benefits and still have their shitty network issues.

Glo network fails during rain; calls become hard to hear.

Glo needs to improve their network—making or receiving calls during rain is difficult because I can’t hear anything clearly from the other person.

Affordable data rate plus poor network

I stay at Oba Adesida, Akure and I discovered that anything around 10 am to 12pm, their network is always bad for browsing, you can hardly access even their app, to see how bad their network is.
But every other time, I get to use the network very well plus the fact that they have affordable data rate.

Poor connection

Glo really needs to step up their game with network connection, it's getting tiring. The glo Cafe too is frustrating especially when in a hurry to do subscription.....Glo should do better

Glo gave me 76GB—amazing service, couldn’t finish it!

Absolutely love giving credit where it’s due—Glo truly impressed me! I registered my SIM through their app and got 76GB of data. Honestly, I couldn’t even finish it all!

Glo better only for night.

Glo dey try for Ijoka Road, Akure, but na only for night I fit enjoy their network well. Daytime connection no too strong like that.

Slow service of glo network

Service does not work for some locations.i can buy data today and it would work the next day it is slow then only good thing about there network service is the bonus earn and most times it doesn't matter cause it can't be used because of slow service

Their customer care is slow. I called and waited for over 20 minutes, but no help.

How GLO Customer care saved me

Had a major issue with GLO's recharge system on July 30, 2023 when I was still an undergraduate, I used my last money to recharge to my GLO line as I needed to do a very important assignment. I was debited from my bank but my line wasn't credited. Called customer care, the customer care response very well and was very swift with their reply. They sorted it out within 24 hours. Kudos to the rep for following up and resolving the issue.
