Somehow they told us we can't get our allowance in our currently being used bank , so it was mandatory they open a new account for us and somehow,they opened access bank for me .
During my NYSC in 2021 at iseyin camp,oyo state,they opened access bank for me during the 3 weeks camp,I came back to Akure to process my ATM card at their cathedral branch with much stress from the bank and throughout my service year I got my allowance there.. Although as money was coming in into my account,I didn't complain about their unnecessary charges removal until I finished NYSC,any money that entered the account, before the next morning,they have spoiled the money for me.
Infact the annoying aspect is that even when the there's no money in my account for like 3 weeks or month,I see -# naira so I had no choice than to stop using the account and open another account with another bank.
Am pretty sure my account will be dormant soon,I can't use bank that my money overnight is not safe.
To be honest, the access more mobile app is okay.
But my problem is I can't manage my second access account on it. It's frustrating.
I'm having issues cancelling my scheduled transfer. I've been trying to do that for 4 months now. I don't have time to go to the bank. Since I scheduled the transfer via access more, I should be able to cancel it through it, but the app keeps shutting down every time I try to do so, it's exhausting to ask for a refund every week. please do something about it.
I have been using Access Bank since 2017 during my NYSC, and their USSD transactions are very reliable,probably the most reliable I have used.In April, I sent some money to a customer. Although the transfer was successful at my end, she said she hadn’t received the alert yet. I told her to give it a few minutes. Just five minutes later, she called back to confirm that the alert had dropped.Access Bank has always proven dependable. I trust their service.
I have been using Access bank since 2021 as salary account. I have not been able to use their ATM card ever since, it is one story or the other. March this year, i still went to get a card no master card and to activate the verve card that was available they were complaining of network issues.
Their app is not bad except when network is bad. Their charges are also not great for me.
I wish to still have an ATM card but going to their office gives me headache (crowd, network issues etc.).
Access bank although has a user-friendly banking app, but sometimes when making transactions, it may come out with transaction not successful, while in the real sense it was successful, which sometimes I have made the mistake of repeating such transactions. And when this happens it takes a while for such issues to be resolved.
