Deducting of money anyhow

Have made complaints on how access Bank do remove my money. I don't even understand what they removing it for.. Once you tell them they will tell you reason you don't even understand or won't reply you at all.

Access bank gave me the best reception in my life banking experience

I needed access bank accoubt, I visited Delta State and went to the refinary branch of assess bank. The rejection from the bank staffs was warm, many of then came to assist with the account opening process and before 2 hours, the account was ready, my card was ready, my online bank app was set-up and I was exited for the warmth, professionalism of the staffs and the bank standard of operation.

Access Bank always delays corper allawee, it's really not fair.

Access Bank often delays the payment of corps members’ allowances, which is very frustrating and unfair. These delays cause unnecessary hardship for corpers who rely on timely payments to meet their basic needs and responsibilities during service.

Money deduction

I really to love access bank service..but can u people stop deducting unnecessary fees from ones acct... you put money u will just see debit alert for something not reasonable...you people can do better

Access Bank won't stop deducting my money anyhow despite the fact that I have lay complain so many times.... Yesterday they remove my money again.....

Access bank mobile app have been giving me hard time to open, I don't know what to do like this abeg try and upgrade your mobile app.. I'm just tried of this "error has occurred. Please try again later"

Access banking app

Access is very reliable and fast but the issue is their mobile app....... I stopped using the app when I change my device..... They are telling me I need to go to bank before I can access my app all because I changed my device

Issues with the bank app

Access bank has been very reliable since I've been using it ,but recently was asked to update my Access bank app and since then it refuse to open ,now I only use USSD to make transfers,buy airtime etc ,but the USSD still works well.
