Review of Benin Electricity Distribution
My experience with the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) has been extremely frustrating. The power supply in my area is highly unreliable, with frequent outages that can last for days without any explanation or resolution. Despite numerous complaints, there’s been little to no improvement or communication from BEDC.
What’s even more disappointing is the poor customer service — calls and messages often go unanswered, and when there is a response, it rarely leads to any action. Yet, bills keep coming, even during prolonged blackouts. It’s disheartening to see customers paying for a service that is barely rendered.
BEDC needs to step up its operations, invest in better infrastructure, and most importantly, be more accountable to the people who rely on them daily.
Review of 9mobile
I Loved Etisalat, I dont recognise the scam called 9mobile. I so much trusted them then that I refused to get an MTN simcard since Etisalat gives me what I want from cheap data to good bonuses and uttermost good network, I opened all my bank app with the network, my NIN, bVN and my Academic registrations were done with my Etisalat as the recognised network.
Suddenly when they changed to 9mobile I suddenly started noticing most of the bonuses I got stopped, what made me displace the SIM was for over a month, I couldn't make call, browse the internet and get OTP code for sensitive transactions
I was so frustrated and wondered how bad and worse it had became
No one thought me, I got an MTN SIM the following day.
Review of Zenith Bank
I opened Zenith account during my NYSC year, I got my allowance through the account, long story cut short,
I Noticed am always the last to get allowance at month end, sometimes I will have to visit the Local Government office to make complaints, they always stated it was my bank network.
I didn't really bother, fast forward to post NYSC, I kept using the bank until I noticed 50 percent of transaction I make on the app fails due to their poor service, when using their ATM card I usually pray it doesn't get rejected, cux there is higher percentage of getting declined
Most time I get debited for outrageous reasons, I once left an amount in the account overnight only to wake the next morning to a debit of over ₦1000
To keep my Life safe I had to discard the bank. I prefer to use Opay now.
