Wema Bank’s ALAT app is cool—easy to use, fast with transfers. I like how simple things are. But sometimes the app just freezes or acts slow, and customer care doesn’t always respond quickly. Nothing too crazy, but it gets annoying. Overall, they’re trying. Not the best out there, but not the worst either. 3.5 stars from me—solid, just needs some polishing.
