Bad customer service without any tangible response

I traveled to Lagos state in year 2023 for an occasion,I went to unity bank ATM machine to used my card,I was debited the amount of #9,000 I called the attention of there security,he said they w reverse it within 24hours ,after 2days of staying in Lagos my money was not reserved back,I went to there AKURE branch along oba adesida road,I was given a form to fill,I was told to come back another 48hours,in which I did again,I was given another form to fill,nothing was done,for almost a year I was going in and out of the bank,my money was not reversed back,I was not given any tangible response till date.
