UBA is one of the banks I love as they don't waste time with transactions. I use it as my salary bank and so far, I receive alert almost immediately a transfer is initiated.
What I don't like about them is the way their customer support don't care about customers when they are tired. Two months ago, I felt so embarrassed with the response I got in the bank when trying to ask for guide on how to fill a form.
I always have mixed feelings when visiting the bank.
