UBA is my old bank that I still love to keep. I visited their branch last month to get an ATM card, the customer service felt tired of giving me audience because I don't have my account number again. I explained that it's my old bank but this lady almost made me get tired of my decision. This was one of the reasons why I left the bank for other banks. They most time have a bad customer support.
I love their fast alert system, hoping that it would still be the same once I start using it again.
UBA should work on customer support.
