I’ve used Speedaf Nigeria several times, and overall, my experience has been mixed. On the positive side, they offer affordable delivery rates and cover a wide range of locations, which makes them convenient for sending packages across Nigeria. I also appreciate that they provide tracking numbers, though updates are not always consistent or accurate.
However, one major issue I’ve faced is delayed deliveries—even when a parcel is marked “out for delivery,” it sometimes arrives days later. Their customer service also needs improvement, as it’s often hard to reach someone for real-time help, and responses are sometimes slow or unclear. In some cases, I received no tracking updates at all, which can be stressful when you’re waiting on an important delivery.
Despite these challenges, I still use Speedaf occasionally because of their affordability and reach, but they need to work on timeliness, tracking accuracy, and better communication to build more trust with users like me.
