Failed transaction and debit

Opay's customer service and attention to customer's issue is top notch. On the 16th of July, I used the electricity feature in Opay to recharge light, the transaction failed but I was debited. I used the Opay instant messaging to report the issue and within 24hours, my money was reversed.
