Shopping on Jumia has been convenient for me overall. I like how easy it is to browse and order, and they usually have good deals and product options. I've had some smooth transactions where items were delivered on time and in good condition.
That said, not every experience has been perfect. I’ve had instances where deliveries took longer than expected, and a few times the items didn’t quite match what was shown online. Thankfully, the return process was manageable, though it could be a bit faster.
In all, I still use Jumia when I need something quickly or can’t find it in stores, but I’d like to see more consistency in product quality and delivery timelines.
