The subscription fees are too high, especially for the Premium bouquet. You end up paying a lot monthly, but they repeat the same movies and shows across different channels. It gets boring quickly. Customer service isn’t always helpful, especially when you have signal issues or decoder problems responses can be slow. Also, the cheaper packages don’t really offer much value most of the best channels are locked behind higher plans.
