I have actually been using the network for the past 5 years, and I've been enjoying the services until recent times, early this year when I recharged and was not credited the actual amount recharged.
I tried reaching out to their customer's care, all to no avail.
Even had to visit their office, went there like 3 to 4 times with my newly born baby, and I still was not attended to.
Had to leave the office angrily and till date nothing was done
